Course Lecturer in Insurance Law´s Specialization in the Catholic University , the Catholic University of Rosario and Moron University . Co – author of the first draft of integral reform of legislation in Insurance Contracts and Insurance Organizations. The draft was headed by the Secretary of Banks and Insurance, dependant on the Ministry of the Economy, awarded through competition and financed by the World Bank during 1996 and 1997. He published books, articles in magaz ine s and newspapers on subjects related to his specialization. Member of the Editorial Staff of Lexis –Nexis Argentina . Acted as panellist, speaker, chairman and professor on numerous courses, seminars and conferences on bus ine ss, insurance, retirement insurance, social security systems, pension funds and workers' compensation, both within Argentina and abroad. He nowadays is a partner in Baeza, Facal & Associates, Law Firm which specialises in general insurance, life insurance, retirement insurance, re-insurance, pension funds and workers' compensation insurance. He held managing positions in numerous national and international insurance companies.
